Please note that all orders over R500 do not pay a postage fee. 
Any order under R500 pay R65 postage.   

Any shipments destined outside the borders of South Africa will be quoted separately.

Payment:

• No orders will be processed until payment has been received in full.  Please email or fax proof of payment through.
• Orders that have not been paid for will be cancelled 3 days after the order date.
• Monies may be transferred into the bank account indicated below via EFT, cheque (orders will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared), cash deposit or bank transfer.
• Please use your order number as your reference number when making payment of any kind.

Shipping:

• All orders take 5 - 10 working days of successful transaction to be dispatched.
• Although every effort is made to ensure that the orders are delivered on time, supplier shortages and postage problems may occur from time to time.
• Should a product have been discontinued, you will be notified and be given the opportunity to receive a full refund of the order.
